Delivery & Returns

Shipping Policy:

Shipping fees are based on product weight;

Free shipping on purchases over 60€ for Portugal and 65€ for Spain;

All items are sent via CTT;

Tracking ID will be sent to the e-mail of purchase;

Items can take up to 1/3 days to be sent;

We do not take responsibility for delivery problems.

If necessary to resend any item due to carrier/client fault, we will charge shipping costs;

Return & Exchange Policy: 

Clients are responsible for the shipping fees;

15 day return policy;

Item must show no signs of wear;

Refunds will be made after the item as arrived our storage;

Refunds will be made via bank transfer;

Due to accounting issues, refunds may take up to 30 business days;

Itens can be returned ,or shipped to our store in LxFactory without any fees;

We do NOT refund shipping fees on returned itens;

When returning an item where a promotion was applied due to the value of the purchase, we will deduct the difference between the price of purchase and the normal price of all ordered itens;
